Uses - The Organisation

  • Competence strengths and gaps in an organisation (or part of) can be analysed and exposures identified. The response can be :
    • To focus training more directly to the organisational needs; to reinforce support for individual’s IDPs
    • To restructure the organisation
    • To recruit externally
    • To cease, or outsource certain activity
  • Jobs across the organisation can be compared.
  • Candidates (internal/external) can be better matched to new jobs; supervisors know better where on the job support is needed.
  • Organisational recruitment strategy can be better focused.
  • Sarbanes Oxley fitness can be demonstrated.
