  • An analysis of competence gaps against immediate job requirement; short term development needs are thus identified and priorities set in an action oriented Individual Development Plan.
  • An analysis of gaps against next job aspirations; the individual can then assess development needed and the stretch. The Individual Development Plan should reflect medium term ambitions.
  • An analysis of gaps against longer term career aims; consideration of career paths that can realistically be developed and the milestones.
